Ross is the co founder of the business and has spent the last 8 years helping businesses to grow through the internet.

His passion is to help businesses grow and prosper, and he has years of experience doing this. He is skilled at taking business ideas and turning them into firm internet based strategies. One of his key strengths is the ability to challenge thinking on long held beliefs.

Ross has a wide ranging portfolio of international marketing based projects to his name, and has developed new business in a variety of overseas markets including Europe, The Middle and Far East. He also formally lectured International Marketing to post-graduate level.

An experienced marketer and fellow of the Institute of Direct marketing, he is passionate about contributing to the success of a clients’ business.

In his spare time Ross enjoys spending time with his family, including following the career of his son, Max who is a goalkeeper at Newcastle United, playing for the Youth Team and Reserves.

Tony, the co-founder of the company deals with all technical aspects of the business.

He has wide ranging experience in IT consultancy from the provision of systems analysis to specialist IT training in areas such as Internet Security. Tony, a qualified IT trainer, holds a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Multimedia. He is also an accessibility expert, and keeps abreast of the latest trends in the industry.

His eye for detail ensures that no part of an internet project is over looked, and he is skilled at making sure that all parts of an internet solution work in synergy.

When not at work, you will find tony up a mountain in the lakes or taking his inflatable canoe for a paddle on the river.

Tracey’s role within the business is to liaise with customers, making sure that everything is to their satisfaction. Tracey has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in products, services, and solutions covering Capital equipment, Business services, IT, and Support services, including Change Management.

Her strengths lie in engaging with senior managers to establish what specific business objectives are in place which once addressed, will provide them with a unique advantage over their competition to deliver first class business results. In her spare time Tracey enjoys, the outdoors, cooking, gardening, organising Charity balls and helping out with the local Cub Colonies.
